Join us for some great FREE entertainment. And if you want to, skip supper, and eat one of Greiner's subs which will be available at the Center. # Monday, July 07, 2003 ( 7/07/2003 07:55:00 PM ) GeePee On Tuesday, August 5, 2003, neighborhoods throughout Marion County will participate in the 20th Annual National Night Out. National Night Out is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for and participation in local anti-crime efforts, strengthen neighborhood spirit, and send a message to criminals that neighborhoods are organized and can fight back. Neighbors can participate by hosting a block party, cookout, pitch-in, ice cream social, flashlight walk, neighborhood parade, pizza party, dessert party, youth activities, or anything that brings you and your neighbors together outside. Don't miss this great opportunity to show your support for law enforcement and crime-free neighborhoods, strengthen police-community partnerships, and celebrate neighborhood unity. I have attached a registration form so that your neighborhood or block club can register for this event. We will attempt to have officers present at as many locations as possible.
